Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and client-focused service delivery.
  • Provide strategic advice to Senior Executives and Program Governance Boards on solution roadmaps and ICT enabled benefits.
  • Lead the strategic scoping, prioritisation, and alignment of business requirements to ensure relevant workforce management solution outcomes meet organisational needs and broader Departmental objectives, and also support the continued rollout of the IWFM Program.

  • Proven leadership capabilities supporting a complex frontline service orientated organisation, fostering a culture of high performance, customer focus, and service excellence while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Extensive experience in leading the research, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and processes to drive effective organisational change, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Extensive experience in leading workforce management solutions including digital self-service and rostering, with the ability to leverage these systems capabilities at a system wide level to optimise workforce management capabilities and deliver operational efficiencies.
