Underpinned by an ambitious growth strategy, Willowtree Planning is expanding its team of Senior Leaders and is seeking to appoint in the following capacities:

  • Senior Associate
  • Associate Director

What We're Looking For

  • REAP qualified or nearing 10 years' experience working on major projects.
  • Qualifications in town planning or a related discipline.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to independently execute business development strategies.
  • A well-established professional network within the broader industry.
  • Proven ability to thrive managing complex planning projects and coordinating various sub-consultants.
  • Demonstrated experience providing planning due diligence advice and approvals pathway strategies.
  • Strong understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent reforms.
  • Experience in preparing Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, and Planning Proposals.
  • Detailed knowledge of the State Significant Development process.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes for clients across sectors.
