
Enterprise Sales Leader

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market. This is a high-impact role focused on selling our sophisticated investment management solutions to institutional investment managers, superannuation funds, and other sophisticated asset owners.
The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a proven track record of navigating complex, long-cycle sales, a deep network in the ANZ investment community, and the consultative prowess to solve our clients' most pressing challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Penetration & Revenue Generation:
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure for new enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to crack into new market segments and systematically build a robust pipeline.
- Consistently exceed sales targets by selling the CWAN / Enfusion integrated portfolio of software and services into the Hedge Fund and Asset Management market.
- Employ a "team selling" approach, effectively leveraging internal pre-sales, product, and client success specialists to deliver a winning solution.
Industry Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Proactively and consistently build the CWAN / Enfusion brand within the ANZ investment management community.
- Leverage and expand your existing C-suite and senior management network across institutional investment management and superannuation funds.
- Serve as the face of CWAN in the market, engaging with partners, consultants, and at industry events to generate leads and solidify our market position.
Consultative Solutioning & Client Success:
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand client pain points, operational workflows, and strategic objectives.
- Articulate a compelling value proposition by leveraging your deep knowledge of the investment management landscape.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to design and deliver tailored, consultative solutions that address complex client needs.
- Maintain a client-success mindset, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team and fostering long-term partnership potential post-signature.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
- Operate with a business-owner mindset, taking ownership of building the Enfusion business within your territory.
- Work independently to drive activity while seamlessly navigating a global matrix organization to marshal resources and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide strategic market feedback to product and marketing teams to help shape the company's go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- A minimum of 4 years of enterprise software sales experience, specifically selling investment management solutions (OMS, PMS, RMS, IBOR, etc.) within the ANZ market.
- Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and a diverse power base.
- A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 1 year. (Pre-sales experience with a desire to move into a closing role will be considered for exceptional candidates.)
- A strong, established network within the ANZ investment management community, particularly with institutional asset managers and superannuation funds. C-suite relationships are highly valued.
- Deep functional knowledge of capital markets and investment operations, enabling you to provide valuable insights and solutions during the sales process.
