Supplier Manager
based in our client's Melbourne Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to support client delivery
  • Oversee Supplier Relationship Management frameworks and governance
  • Provide advisory support to key accounts (Platinum & Gold clients)
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to influence business and supplier strategy
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Design, and Operations teams to drive supply chain value
  • Support new client implementation and supplier onboarding
  • Promote preferred suppliers and ensure strong performance & compliance
  • Contribute to building a high-performing, consulting-style supplier management team

About You:

  • 8+ years' experience in large enterprise environments
  • Experience working with senior business stakeholders (up to MD level)
  • Background in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or professional services
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex commercial insights into actionable strategy
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in consulting, MSP, or global matrix organizations is a plus
