We're currently seeking dedicated, caring Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.


About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll provide essential care and assistance tailored to each participant's needs, including:

  • Personal care and medication support
  • Meal preparation and help with household tasks
  • Community access – supporting social activities, appointments, and outings
  • Following individual support plans to promote independence
  • Accurately recording daily activities and ensuring duty of care
  • This role is located and based in ALBANY WA This is not a remote role

What We're Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities this includes children - this is a must
  • A willingness to work and show up with a positive, can-do attitude. We're looking for someone with the flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and a caring, respectful nature
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Not afraid of Technology - Comfortable using a mobile app to input detailed, above-standard participant notes in line with company policies.
  • Physically fit to assist with mobility and manual handling tasks
  • A proactive and empathetic attitude. A desire to learn, be trained, and grow in an exciting and dynamic industry is a must - Want to learn, we want you
  • RELIABLE; Be the teammate everyone can count on — reliability is the backbone of our success; this is the main ingredient of our team

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
  • Manual Handling and hoisting experience
  • Current First Aid & CPR or willingness to obtain (Required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required)
  • Driver's licence (Required)
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including overnights (sleepovers) and weekends
  • WWCC or willing to obtain (Required)
  • A willingness to work with individuals of all ages, including children, is a must for this role
