The Role:

We're seeking empathetic, reliable, and proactive Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. As a casual team member, you'll provide person-centred support across in-home, community, and social settings—helping participants achieve their goals and live life on their terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living, personal care, and community access
  • Promote independence, inclusion, and well-being
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold NDIS compliance
  • Collaborate with families, coordinators, and allied professionals

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred)
  • Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and WA Driver's Licence
  • Strong communication, empathy, and reliability
  • Commitment to professional presentation and ethical practice
