Skills you need for The Role:

  • 2-4 years in a sales role with a preference in Recruitment, Real estate, Retail, Tech Sales or an attitude with a winning mindset.
  • Preferably 360 (full-cycle)
  • Experience or knowledge of the IT/Digital sector
  • Proven experience in hunting and farming new and existing accounts
  • Experience in building and growing various team
  • A genuine interest in Technology, Products, Innovation, Venture building and Change
  • An interest in innovation and HR tech
  • The attributes of going above and beyond to help build and shape careers.
  • Driven to become an SME in your vertical of choice and a thought leader in your space.

Responsibilities 

  • Managing interviews, screening candidates and running background checks.
  • Creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
  • Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and

    candidates.
  • Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information within JobAdder
  • Arranging for advertising of job vacancies in a wide range of media.
  • Headhunting, networking, and using CV searching techniques to find relevant candidates.
  • Reviewing and assessing CVs and preparing them for submission to clients.
  • Presenting to existing and new clients
  • Managing of client accounts
  • Client meetings - working with the Client Services Managers
  • Ability to drive ideas to ensure you are the go-to in your field

  • Typical roles you will be placing: Exec Search,  Project Managers & BA's, PMO, PM Coordinator, Process, Change Manager, Trainers / Cloud Engineers, Cloud Arch, DevOps, Integration, Delivery managers  / Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Visual Design, UI, IxD, Product Designers, UXD's, Service Design Strategic Design, Venture Architects / Open source engineering stacks /  Business Systems (ERP) / Sales and Marketing
