- Work for an award-winning global firm
- Tackle complex client challenges with senior leaders and C-suite from the get-go
- Join a close-knit team of sharp, curious and fun consultants
At Q5, we exist to help organisations be the best they can be and we think the same should be true for our people. As a Senior Consultant, you'll take on real ownership from day one, working alongside C-suite leaders to design solutions that matter. But you won't do it alone. You'll be part of a close-knit team connected into a global team that genuinely supports one another and shares a passion for building healthy organisations and thriving workplaces.
If you're a natural problem-solver with a curious mind, a collaborative approach, and the drive to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.
Who Are Q5?
Q5 is an international award-winning consulting firm that helps organisations be the best they can be. Q5 are trusted advisors to the world's most high performing organisations. They help to nurture good "organisational health" so that high performing organisations can remain at the top of their game, and those who are struggling can take action and improve.
Organisational health is complex – so each Q5 intervention is unique, so whether an organisation has a strategic conundrum, market opportunity or operational gripe, we work with them to make things better. This include helping organisations clarify their purpose or strategic direction, designing new 'fit-for-purpose' organisational structures or processes, or cultivating a healthy culture of high performance.
Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, you'll work as part of a team that partners with senior leaders at Australia's largest organisations. You'll be trusted to drive outcomes while shaping the client experience – and supported to grow into the best version of yourself.
You will:
- Partner with senior leaders to co-design solutions to strategic and organisational challenges related to Organisational Design, Change Management, Transformation and more.
- Own the delivery of project workstreams including planning, facilitation, analysis, design, and execution.
- Build strong client relationships and help cultivate new ones.
- Contribute to the Q5 community by supporting onboarding, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.
- Bring your unique perspectives and experience to the team and invest in developing yourself and growing as a consultant.
Requirements
What you bring to the role:
- Must have 3–5 years of Organisation Design, Transformation or Change Management experience gained within a consulting firm or relevant industry roles within Australia.
- A Bachelor's degree or above.

- A confident facilitator and presenter.
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight generation.
- Intellectually curious, commercially astute, and passionate about making organisations better.
- Strong ability to build and manage trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional and efficient delivery.
- Enjoy working in a close-knit team and collaborative team.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and challenge and know when to ask for support.
- Want to grow not just as a consultant, but as a human and a leader.
