Senior Consultant - Audio Visual
to join us in Sydney. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects across multiple sectors, playing a key role in delivering innovative audio-visual design solutions that shape the built environment.

What is your role?
You'll lead the audio visual design on a range of complex building projects, contributing to the delivery of coordinated, future-ready solutions in a multidisciplinary setting. From concept through to construction, you'll work closely with clients, architects, builders and consultants to deliver efficient, user-focused and technically robust systems.

You'll be responsible for driving technical quality, mentoring junior consultants, and contributing to project delivery across a variety of sectors. This is a key role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

About You

• You bring 5+ years of experience in audio visual design within the building services or technology consulting sector, with a proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale projects.
• You have in-depth technical knowledge of AV systems design, integration standards, relevant codes, and emerging industry technologies.
• You're confident delivering projects independently, while coordinating with other disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and ICT.
• You have a strong portfolio of work across sectors like commercial, healthcare, education, and residential.
• You're passionate about technology innovation and experienced in integrating user experience, accessibility, and sustainable solutions into your designs.
• You're known for your clear communication, practical problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You hold a relevant tertiary qualification and are registered (or eligible for registration) as a professional engineer or consultant in NSW.
• You have experience with AutoCAD
