Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an exceptional administrative professional to provide outstanding customer service and support in our dynamic office environment.

This role involves greeting clients, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, writing, and numeracy skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a small team.

Responsibilities include handling mail, filing, scanning, photocopying, and general office upkeep, as well as providing administrative support to financial advisers, including client record maintenance and documentation preparation.

Additionally, this role involves supporting the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, contributing to excellent customer service delivery, and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is highly desirable.
  • Experience with client management systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and numeracy skills are required.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
  • Professional phone manner and ability to handle client inquiries with care and discretion.
  • Proven reliability and commitment to completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
