• Drive consistency, structure and best-practice AR processes

About You

• Proven experience in a senior AR or AR Manager role

• Strong, hands-on end-to-end AR background

• Confident people manager with a supportive but firm approach

• Excellent communication skills – empathetic, diplomatic and commercially minded

• Comfortable operating in grey areas and making judgment-based decisions

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with AR systems

• Ability to adapt communication style across different stakeholders

What's on Offer

• Immediate start temporary assignment

• $50–$60 per hour + super (depending on experience)

• Potential to transition to a permanent role

• 1 day WFH once up to speed

• Supportive, social team environment that values collaboration

• Flexible, pragmatic management style

If you're an experienced AR leader available immediately and looking for a role with real impact and longer-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.
