With a collaborative team culture and a passion for excellence and quality, we're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to help drive key initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

About the Role

As our Project Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our project delivery team, managing timelines, resources, and communication across departments. You'll oversee multiple projects, from planning and execution to completion—ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management across a range of initiatives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with project methodologies and company standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to achieve better outcomes, including cost savings.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on project professional with experience managing fabrication and manufacturing projects from start to finish. You're highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of planning, scheduling, and allocating resources to ensure smooth project delivery.

You thrive in a workshop-based environment, working closely with supervisors, trades, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and optimise performance. You have a strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and are confident in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, timelines, and budgets.

You're also proactive when it comes to problem-solving, with excellent communication skills that allow you to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Most importantly, you value safety and take pride in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Over 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Great Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency  in MS Office suite ( Word , Excel, PowerPoint, etc )
  • Experience with project scheduling   tools - eg, MS Projects or  Premera
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering,  Business Management, or related field (preferred).
