Responsibilities

- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking to ensure key milestones are met

- Support technical and design coordination

- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and registers

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on assigned actions

- Oversee the delivery of commercial projects

- Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external suppliers

- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors

- Assist with procurement processes, record keeping, and budget tracking

- Monitor project timelines and flag potential risks or delays

- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project or coordinator role, ideally within the construction, manufacturing, or fit-out industries

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools

- Qualification in business administration, project management, or a related field

- Positive, team-oriented attitude and an ability to adapt to changing project needs

Salary: $80000-100000
