Technology Risk Manager
to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the financial services sector.

In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of IT control testing, issue remediation, and compliance assessments within a comprehensive Control Assurance Program. You will be a key player in strengthening the organisation's IT risk posture, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure risk and compliance activities are executed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct IT control testing, gather evidence, and support internal/external audits.
  • Identify and manage IT risks and controls across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in information security and vendor management.
  • Lead gap analyses and remediation initiatives.
  • Deliver timely and insightful IT risk reports to senior executives and committees.
  • Facilitate Technical Risk Assessments (TRAs) and manage documentation.
  • Drive improvements to workflows and team operating rhythms.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a technology risk management role within financial services..
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing, Business, Law, or related discipline (mandatory).
  • Proven IT controls testing experience.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC (highly regarded).
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to challenge existing practices.
  • High personal and business ethics, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
