We are hiring two high-performing BDMs: one covering NSW + ACT and one covering QLD + WA.

Our flagship brands, MINT PDO Threads and DermaShine Pro, are both No.1 in their categories, with multiple new injectable products scheduled to launch pending TGA approval. This is a unique opportunity to represent trusted brands, manage established accounts, and drive new growth in a booming industry.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Territory & Sales Managers / Business Development Managers to lead sales expansion in your assigned territory. You will manage a loyal client base, open new accounts, and execute growth strategies in the cosmetic and plastic surgery sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships in NSW + ACT or QLD + WA
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
- Hunt for high-value accounts and convert leads into long-term partners
- Introduce new product lines as Athena BioMed's portfolio expands
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in medical aesthetic device or injectable sales (cosmetic, aesthetic, or plastic surgery sectors preferred)
- Registered Nursing background is preferred but not essential

- A well-established network of industry contacts
- Strong business development and territory management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Able to work independently and travel extensively within your region
- A strategic thinker with passion for aesthetics and medical innovation
