As Head of Clinical Education – Injectable Portfolio, you'll establish and lead the businesses education framework, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across all training and clinical support.

Your Role: Clinical Educator – Injectables Portfolio

This is a hands-on role; you have full ownership from ideation to development to delivery.  You will be responsible for establishing Stylage education in Australia from the ground up. This includes designing and implementing national programs, developing protocols, establishing an academy of excellence, and creating resources that reflect best practice. You will manage, mentor, and structure a team of clinical trainers, ensuring education is delivered consistently across all channels. By collaborating with KOLs and international partners, you will ensure Stylage education becomes the gold standard in practitioner training.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement Stylage education programs from foundational to advanced injectable techniques
  • Establish the CX Injectables Academy
  • Build education on demand assets and framework
  • Review and refine clinical protocols to ensure evidence-based, safe, and compliant practice
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the clinical education team with clear structure and performance standards
  • Collaborate with KOLs and international partners to strengthen program content and delivery
  • Oversee training delivery including workshops, masterclasses, in-clinic training, and interstate programs
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the national team of clinical trainers with clear standards and pathways
  • Ensure all education and materials align with TGA and AHPRA compliance requirements

What makes you the perfect fit?

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Medical Practitioner
  • Minimum 3 years' education leadership experience within the aesthetics industry
  • Proven experience in a similar role leading clinical education, training programs, or trainer teams within aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated ability to build education frameworks and resources from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and evidence-based injection technique
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, compliance-focused, and strategic thinker
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as required
