Job Description
Commencing in the role in November 2025, as our
Rooms Division Manager
, you will be continuing to lead our experienced Front Office and Housekeeping teams. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:

  • Lead by example and empower the teams to focus on a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Manage and activate the loyalty experience for our valued members. Drive loyalty engagement and enrolments.
  • Facilitate the team's performance to ensure the highest levels of productivity.
  • Be responsible for handling guest feedback in an efficient and proactive manner, implementing changes as required.
  • Manage, multitask and lead our small team from the front with operational shifts required.
  • Analyse and report departmental costs, ensuring performance against budget.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to meet shared goals and responsibilities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures; and drive service initiatives.
  • Ensure the team's success; overseeing training and development.
  • First Aid and Approved Manager qualified, or willing to get if you are successful.

Qualifications

  • Prior Front Office leadership experience.
  • Prior Housekeeping leadership preferred but not essential.
  • A positive, solutions-based focus with strategic thinking and ability to forward plan successfully.
  • The ability to work flexible including evenings, weekends and overnight; when required.
  • Experience in coaching and developing a team with a passion for performance.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A desire to grow your skills and progress your managerial experience
  • Previous experience with a hotel management system – Opera Cloud is a bonus
