About the role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Support Worker to provide assistance to a client with complex care needs. This role offers regular hours and the chance to deliver genuine support that enhances quality of life. 

  • Various shifts available – Morning and afternoon shifts
  • Provide personal care, including showering, grooming, dressing,
  • Assist with bowel and , including abdominal massage, digital stimulation
  • Manual handling, including transfers with a ceiling hoist and other safe practices

*About you*

  • Compassionate, respectful, and committed to client-centred care
  • Experienced in supporting individuals with complex care needs including bowel and urinary care
  • Confident in manual handling and safe use of mobility equipment (e.g., ceiling hoist)
  • Flexible and adaptable to support the clients' personal preferences, privacy, and independence
  • Reliable, with a current driver's license and comfortable driving a client's vehicle
