Position Overview: We are currently seeking empathetic, dedicated, and experienced Female Support Workers to join our team in the Brisbane North and Bellbowrie areas. This role involves working closely with clients to provide daily assistance, promote independence, and support them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities.

Facilitate community access, accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and other outings.

Provide emotional and companionship support, creating a safe and respectful environment for clients.

Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.

Document and report on client progress, behaviors, and any changes in needs or health.

**Requirements**:
Experience in disability or aged care support.

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.

Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

Valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Excellent communication skills, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional care.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.70 - $41.52 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
