The Opportunity

We're working with a highly regarded national builder who has been delivering innovative and award-winning industrial and commercial projects across Australia for decades. Renowned for their strong client relationships and repeat business, they're now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial builds in Victoria.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of industrial construction projects—ranging from warehouses and logistics facilities to complex manufacturing and automated builds. You'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, including:

  • Leading project delivery from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
  • Managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Driving project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Championing safety and sustainability standards, including Green Star and ESG compliance.
  • Leading and mentoring high-performing project teams to deliver with excellence.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects (logistics, manufacturing, warehouses, cold storage, automation facilities, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate diverse project teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach to complex project challenges.
