The Role

You will be reporting to the Director. The role is for a senior project manager or potentially a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management and to provide advice and guidance to the client.

The Role Includes (but Not Limited To)

  • Design Management
  • Tender Phase - documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.
  • Construction - superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
  • Project Administration
  • Contract administration including Superintending
  • Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)
  • Collaborating with colleagues and line managers
  • Design development & project delivery
  • Stakeholder management
About You / Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
  • Consultancy experience preferred
  • Team collaboration is a must
  • 5-7+ years project management/development experience preferable
  • Knowledge of retail and education sectors preferred
  • An architecture, engineering or quantity surveyor experience is ideal
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously
  • Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administration
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects
