We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Community Engagement & Business Development Manager to lead participant engagement and service promotion across our NDIS-supported living options: SIL, STA, and MTA.

This is more than just a role—it's a chance to be the bridge between care and independence, advocacy and action, connection and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust with NDIS participants and their families

  • Represent Ablepoint Australia with authenticity and professionalism

  • Promote our Supported Independent Living (SIL), STA, and MTA services in the community

  • Create and nurture strong relationships with support coordinators, community partners, and healthcare professionals

  • Advocate for people with disabilities and champion choice, inclusion, and independence

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support

Who We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience in the disability, NDIS, or community services sector

  • A solid understanding of NDIS support pathways, especially around accommodation

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and community engagement skills

  • A deep belief in diversity, inclusion, and participant-led care

  • Motivation to grow, represent a values-led brand, and make a real impact every day
