About your role:

Provide administrative support to staff within the designated area through the completion of general administrative duties that contribute to the daily operations of the Outpatients department.

Following the guidelines regarding chart, ieMR and scanning management to ensure that all patients' information is available for retrieval within the required timeframe.

Obtain patient details for both inpatients and outpatients and then under direction schedule appointments to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and Policy Framework for Specialist Outpatients Clinics.
