About you:

In your new role you will:

Ability to interact professionally and sensitively, have a flexible attitude, communicate clearly and confidently with members of the public, patients/clients and departmental staff both in person and over the telephone whilst adhering to Queensland Health guidelines.

Ensure use of the clinical questionnaire within the Call Centre unit to triage following set guidelines, making general and emergency and specialist appointments within recommended timeframes.

Ensure clients are booked and prioritised within the timeframe indicated in accordance with the Oral Health wait lists and appointment categories with direction from the Client Services Coordinator.

Coordinate and maintain the school dental services in collaboration with the school dental teams for dissemination and completion of forms at schools, centralised filing and data input.
