What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
Leading and developing a high-performing team of finance professionalsPartnering with franchisees and internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights and strategic adviceDriving financial health initiatives including margin improvement, cost optimisation, and capital allocationOverseeing financial onboarding and compliance for new franchiseesChampioning financial systems and reporting improvementsPresenting performance insights at quarterly business reviews and support key committees Your keys to success:
Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong commercial acumen and experience in business partneringExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesAdvanced financial modelling and strategic planning skillsCPA or CA qualified, with 5+ years in senior finance roles including commercial finance preferred Relish in the Macca's difference when you join the Golden Arches:
