Could you be our next National Lease Administrator?
As the National Lease Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering valuable outcomes for the McDonald's System. This includes maintaining and managing all occupancy costs for McDonald's restaurants across the country, whilst ensuring these costs are accurately paid in a timely manner and records accurately maintained within all relevant databases. This exciting opportunity is two days per week allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Performing regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of occupancy cost payments and alignment with lease terms.
- Checking outgoing charges submitted by Lessors, inputting into database, reviewing, and if needed query these charges to ensure they are accurate and in line with the Lease.
- Reviewing and approving invoices from Landlords daily.
- Communicating with Landlords regarding rental and outgoing invoices. Responding to email and phone queries.
- Working closely with the Finance Team who prepare invoices and review all changes to payments.
- Maintaining databases accurately and ensure they are up to date including rent changes, details of market rent reviews, all lease details for new restaurants and all new lease details for excess properties. Software used includes Tririga (Global Lease Administration Software), Oracle, Excel and Outlook.
- Maintaining all critical information pertaining to each property/site that is leased.
- Communicating with McDonald's Licensees of changes in monthly obligations such as outgoings, promotion fund or storage licence fees.
Your keys to success:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (and pivot tables), with the ability to handle repetitive and high-volume data entry tasks
- Previous experience in Commercial Property, Accounts, or Lease Administration is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to address queries and report findings
- Adept at working autonomously and self-motivated to maintain productivity while working independently
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of meticulous database management and accuracy in data entry
- A proactive approach to personal and professional development
- Known for efficiency, accuracy, and a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
