Our client provides equipment and rental management software in a fully integrated ERP solution. Over the last 30 years, they have become the preferred true ERP software for companies that are serious about profit and evolving with technology. The fully integrated suite of modules includes Sales, Rentals, Service, Parts, and Financials, plus helpful tools like CRM software.
From humble beginnings to becoming one of the world's leading rental software companies is due to their tenacity in taking on any challenge. Gaining business mainly through word of mouth and referral, they have grown their reputation for developing customised operations management software that manages the operations of businesses rather than just the invoicing.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and support of ERP solutions - design, business process review, system build, training, and post-implementation support.
Duties
Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, you will provide advice, governance, and solutions to other team members. You will be responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, and ensuring successful user experiences.
This encompasses:
- Acceptance testing, end-user training, and support
- Business Process Review with prospects and customers
- Requirements gathering and documentation with customers for modification development
- Providing training to both customers and internal team members
- Perform data validation and reconciliation with the data conversion team and customers
- Working with the Project Manager to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have the ability to delegate responsibilities to team members and hold them accountable, with sufficient experience to implement an ERP solution, with commercial experience and a strong business process understanding.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a business-related field (accounting/commerce) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financials within ERP
- Previous experience producing specifications for modifications to ERP systems
- Client-facing ERP implementation role experience
- Exposure to RDBMS systems, DBA experience and/or SSRS experience
- Experience with BI solutions such as PowerBI, associated data analysis, SQL, and data warehousing
