About the Role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic head office team in Zetland.

This is a key position that bridges communication between customers, field technicians, and internal departments to ensure every service request is handled promptly and professionally.

You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and will take ownership of scheduling, job tracking, and customer communication, ensuring that Brullen's service standards remain exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily service jobs and technician routes
  • Communicate with customers to book, confirm, and follow up service appointments
  • Process warranty claims, service requests, and job documentation
  • Liaise with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and machines
  • Maintain accurate service records and update CRM systems
  • Provide professional support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and service efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a service coordination or scheduling role (equipment or technical service industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and job tracking tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and positive attitude
