Operations Coordinator
to join our Sydney team based in Zetland — someone who's organised, proactive, and thrives on variety.
This is a hands-on role that combines
team coordination, customer service, and on-site supervision
. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly — this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role. In this role, you'll:
Allocate and schedule our removalist and packing teams for daily jobs
Visit job sites to observe quality, safety, and team performance
Handle customer calls and enquiries — from new bookings to updates
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
Oversee our storage rooms and warehouse operations
Support the sales team with planning, reporting, and process improvements
You'll spend your time between the office

on the road
, helping our teams deliver smooth, professional moves every day.
About You
Strong organisational and people-management skills
Great communicator who enjoys working with teams and customers
Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
Enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things right
Experience in removals, logistics, warehousing, or service operations
is a bonus — but the right
attitude and energy
are what matter most
Current driver's licence required
