Civmec is entering an exciting phase of growth and diversification within our Construction division—and we're looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to be part of our journey.

With a strong pipeline of Civil, SMP and Electrical projects across Western Australia, this is your opportunity to lead the electrical team and contribute to the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality construction packages.

Whether you prefer a 2:1 FIFO Roster or a 2:1 DIDO Roster we offer flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

The Role

The responsibilities include:

  • Supervise electrical works to meet company, client, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with other trades and teams to optimise productivity and safety
  • Manage crews, resources, and equipment efficiently
  • Coordinate with leadership and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Handle reporting, procurement, and planning tasks
  • Provide technical support and assist with estimating when required

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • A strong background in Electrical Supervision across Construction projects.
  • Hold a current WA Electrical Licence and S26 certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of motivation, with the ability to work independently and maintain a strong focus on safety
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders
  • Experience working on FMG, Rio Tinto, BHP and Roy Hill sites is highly regarded
