Job Description

As a vital part of our Client Services team, you'll be the welcoming face and trusted support across diverse operational needs. Whether it's delivering exceptional concierge services—greeting staff, clients, contractors, and visitors as the first point of contact—or ensuring seamless support for Executive Board and meeting rooms, your role is key to creating a professional and inviting experience. You'll also provide top-tier corporate reception services, reflecting our commitment to excellence in every interaction.

In this role you will:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and colleagues with professionalism at reception and concierge
  • Oversee visitor sign-in and access, ensuring secure and smooth arrivals
  • Efficiently manage shared inbox communications, responding promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate room bookings with precision, maintaining high service standards through TAL's administration system
  • Arrange meeting logistics, including catering and room setups, to support seamless and successful events
  • Provide fundamental support for security, emergency response, and WHS protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a corporate reception or client services role
  • Food handlers' and RSA certifications are beneficial
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Strong IT/AV system skills are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with booking and visitor management platforms
  • A positive, proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service to a diverse range of clients
