Position Title: Corporate Services Manager

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing

  1. Tasks and Duties

Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive corporate compliance programs and policies in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

· Oversee and direct the organisation's operational functions ensuring efficient execution of business processes and adherence to governance frameworks.

· Manage organisational financial resources, including daily cash flow and liquidity, to meet operational needs and support business growth.

· Provide overall oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across corporate services functions.

· Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities that may impact business operations.

· Oversee the stability, security, and functionality of corporate systems, coordinating system updates and collaborating with stakeholders on the implementation of new tools and technologies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, service delivery, and business continuity.

· Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, networking functions, and client engagement initiatives to enhance organisational visibility and stakeholder relationships.

· Manage human resources functions within the division, including recruitment, mentorship, performance management, and professional development of staff.

Skills and personal attributes

· Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and regulatory frameworks

· Proven ability to manage budgets, financial resources and corporate operations

· Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams, mentoring staff and building organizational capability

· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends and regulatory changes into business opportunities and risk management strategies

Experience

· Business related qualification

· 1 year of experience in a related management position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
