Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for a Customer Success Manager. Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction and retention, developing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. The role also involves analysing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in enabling long-term success for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and propose improvements
  • Proven abilities in Relationship Building and fostering long-term client partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success
  • Experience in technology or AI industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
