We are seeking passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Educators who are either Diploma qualified or actively working towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Join our vibrant team and help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Contribute to documentation and observations of children's development
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and professional workplace culture

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently studying towards it
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and EYLF
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
