The Role

As a
Luxury Lifestyle Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in supporting our elite concierge team in delivering seamless and unforgettable experiences for our clients. This dynamic position involves everything from securing restaurant reservations and sourcing unique gifts to coordinating luxury travel plans and curating once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

You'll gain invaluable exposure to the luxury industry, expand your network as you build relationships with premium suppliers, and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities as you grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-end bookings and reservations (restaurants, hotels, events, etc.)
  • Source rare and exclusive items for clients
  • Research and curate bespoke luxury experiences
  • Coordinate event logistics and assist with ticket procurement
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients
  • Maintain CRM data, extract insights, and generate reports
  • Provide backend administrative support to the concierge team
  • Occasionally host and support luxury events
