We work with Australia's leading developers, architects, and real estate agencies to create best-in-class content that drives engagement, interest, and results.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Cinematographer to join our Property & Architecture team. You'll be responsible for shooting compelling property films — from luxury homes to large-scale developments. This role is perfect for someone who moves with efficiency, takes pride in strong visual work, and is comfortable filming on-site with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

·      Film a range of property and lifestyle content across metro and regional locations

·      Liaise professionally with real estate agents, vendors, and on-site stakeholders—representing SIRAP as the face of the business during shoots

·      Maintain fast turnaround times without compromising quality

·      Ensure each project reflects the client's brand and SIRAP's creative standards

·      Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, shot composition, and visual execution

·      Conduct quality control checks across real estate content before delivery

·      Evolve and refine workflows using best practice systems and AI-based tools

Must-Haves

· years experience filming and editing real estate or similar branded content

·      Confident operating cinema or mirrorless cameras (Sony FX series or similar)

·      Drone experience is required (drone license highly preferred)

·      Gimbal experience is essential for smooth tracking and interior shots

·      Experience capturing interviews and PTC with audio and video as a one man band

·      Highly organised, reliable, and able to work autonomously on location and in post

·      Comfortable communicating and engaging professionally with clients on-site

·      Flexible approach to scheduling—some shoots will occur at dusk or on weekends

·      Must have full-time access to a reliable car for travel to shoots

Nice-to-Haves

·     Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)

·      Skilled in colour grading (Lumetri or DaVinci) and basic audio clean-up

·      Edit premium real estate videos with a strong sense of rhythm, tone, and narrative

·      Apply motion graphics, sound design, and colour grading to elevate final outputs

·      Experience with motion graphics and text overlays

·      Experience with architectural storytelling and lifestyle content

·      Familiarity with AI post-production tools (Runway, Autopod, etc.)

·      Interest in leading creative ideation and visual development across the real estate slate
