Job Description

At Aussie, you'll build your own business backed by Australia's most recognised mortgage brand. We'll fuel your growth with a steady stream of high-intent customer appointments, fulfilment support, and AI-powered tools that cut the admin and help you focus on what matters most—your clients.

As part of the Aussie network, you will:

  • Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar

  • Work with a dedicated marketing team and budget to generate leads for your business

  • Guide clients from first contact to settlement, with processing and compliance handled for you

  • Leverage Aussie's cutting-edge platform and Client Solutions team to streamline every deal

  • Unlock extra income by connecting customers with our broader property services, including buyer's agents and conveyancing

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To thrive as an Aussie Broker, you'll need:

  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain—we'll support you)

  • Sales, broking, or customer service experience

  • Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business

  • Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
