- Attractive commission structure: Keep 80% upfront and 20% trail on your own leads and 60% upfront on provided leads. Commission-based earnings with unlimited potential.

About you:
- Experienced in lending, either from a banking or broking background.
- Self-motivated and confident in managing your own pipeline.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, supportive team environment without the need for formal training.
