The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Broker to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess their financial needs, source suitable lending solutions, and guide them through the application and settlement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional finance broking services across residential, commercial, and business lending.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
  • Conduct financial assessments and prepare loan applications in line with compliance requirements.
  • Negotiate lending terms and secure the most suitable finance options for clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations, lender policies, and market trends.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Finance Broker (or similar role in lending/finance).
  • Certificate in Finance and Mortgage Broking is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of lending products, credit policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
  • Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred to support our diverse client base.
