About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and diligent Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to support our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, offering variety and exposure to international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full payroll management for parent and international subsidiaries (end-to-end)
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing (end-to-end)
  • Purchase Order management
  • Bank and debit card reconciliations
  • Preparation and lodgement of statutory taxes, for parent and international subsidiaries
  • Month-end reporting
  • Assist with half-yearly and year-end audit requirements
  • Provide direct support to the Finance Manager

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in MYOB is highly regarded
  • Well-developed time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to operate paperless
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
