We are currently recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper for a dynamic, global EdTech leader headquartered in Perth. You will be a reliable team member of a high performing team. This is a full-time role based in their Subiaco office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts

· Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time

· Prepare BAS/PAYG/IAS

· Assist with reporting and other compliance obligations

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

· Manage company insurances and renewals

· Assist management with analysis and reporting as required.

About You:

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Minimum of 3+ years proven experience with Xero accounting software is required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)

· Strong understanding and working of accounting knowledge of STP, Awards, BAS/AIS, PAYG/GST, Super and Payroll Tax and the Australian compliance requirements.

· Ability to work independently

· Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting preferred

· Excel formula aptitude is essential

· Excellent time management skills
