About the Role
We are seeking empathetic, passionate and emotionally intelligent professionals to support our participants. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive agent of change in daily life routines

  • Empower participants through strength-based, goal-oriented support

  • Engage positively with participants to encourage social interaction and community inclusion

  • Support the development of life skills including cooking and home management

  • Serve as a positive role model and mentor, fostering trust, motivation, and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker (preferred)

  • NDIS Screening Check and Working With Children Check (required)

  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (HLTAID003) highly regarded
