Currently, we have multiple vacancies for MALE and FEMALE Disability Support Workers to join our team working with participants requiring support.

  • Daily personal care assistance
  • Domestic supports including cleaning, washing and cooking
  • Community access and transport
  • Active and Non-Active overnight shifts / sleepover night shifts

Required Qualifications:

  • 24/7 Availability ( Please do not apply if you have limited availability)
  • Minimum Certificate III or higher in Disability or Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing, or currently enrolled or Willing to Obtain
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own registered, comprehensively insured, and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain before commencement
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Quality Safety and You) or willingness to complete prior to commencing
  • Have the willingness to support participants with personal care and domestic duties
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks
  • Have good computer, phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong sense of personal accountability and confidentiality
