**Support Worker role - Mount Tambourine**:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team and provide meaningful assistance to a participant based in Mount Tambourine. This role involves supporting a participant with mental health needs, offering light domestic care, and assisting with daily routines to foster their independence and enhance their quality of life. The position requires working Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, starting immediately, with the potential for increased hours once the support worker and participant have established a comfortable and trusting relationship.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the participant with daily routines at home and in the community
- Assist with light domestic care tasks
- Help build life skills, confidence, and social connections
- Encourage independence in everyday life
- Provide companionship, transport, and practical assistance

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check
- Valid 100 points of identification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Yellow Card
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Drivers License
