At Nespresso, we don't just sell coffee—we create moments. As part of our boutique team, you will help customers discover the joy of Nespresso during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.

To be considered for a Festive Casual role, you will need to be available to work from 3 November 2025 to mid-January 2026, including public holidays.
As a Festive Season Casual, you will:

  • Deliver memorable customer service that shines our Nespresso brand and values
  • Sharing your coffee knowledge and passion with customers and Nespresso Club Members
  • Achieving personal and team goals by promoting our premium products and services
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable
