Join Our Client as their Workshop Supervisor
Are you someone with a mechanical fitting background and a hands-on approach? We are partnering with a growing company who are on the look out for a motivated, professional and highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone with prior experience as a Workshop Manager/Supervisor either within a manufacturing/fabrication setting or other.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Organise and supervise workflows to maintain deadlines.
  • Supervise trades and contractors in the workshop.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Hands on assistance with general assembly of plant construction.
  • General support to the engineering team as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a supervisor.
  • Experience as a fitter.
  • Experience working with a variety of hand tools.
  • Drivers licence and Forklift licence are essential.
  • A self starter - someone with initiative and drive.
