Insulation Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated INSULATION SUPERVISORto join our team working for a casual work in one of the world's largest metal processing and refining facility in SA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise insulation installation and maintenance activities ensuring adherence to specifications
• Conduct assessments and develop insulation strategies that optimize energy efficiency
• Collaborate with Engineers and Contractors to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high work standards, ensuring safe conduct, compliance with safety and quality standards and alignment with project and Kaefer values for long-term success
• Organize and manage labour within the direct work group.
• Supervise work teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and meet quality and client specifications.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 5 years' Supervisory experience, preferably in O&G background, Mining or Heavy Industry
• A Trade qualification (preferably in sheet metal fabrication) highly desirable
• Strong communicator with leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Able to pass a project-specific Pre-Employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
• Must have a current Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Must be available to start ASAP
