SMP Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Supervisor for a FIFO role at Olympic Dam commencing end of May. This is a casual position on a 2:1 roster for approx. 12 months. POH can be any Australian capital city—local candidates preferred, and interstate travel considered for the right applicant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and set clear objectives by providing daily planning/support for multi-skilled crews (Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Scaffolding, Cranage).
• Ensure adequate coverage within span of control, inspect work for compliance with site and Australian standards, and uphold all ITP and MDR quality requirements.
• Oversee safety performance, report incidents promptly, liaise with site management, and lead thorough incident investigations to identify root causes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, Engineering, and the Superintendent to prevent delays, resolve issues, and improve construction methods.
• Manage change controls, submit daily reports and weekly claims and maintain professional client relationships, and perform other agreed duties as required.

ABOUT YOU

• Min. 3-5yrs experience in a Supervision role
• Proven experience in managing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with utilising SAP software is advantageous.
