We are seeking a results-driven High-Ticket Closer to join our dynamic sales team based in North Strathfield, NSW. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for closing high-value sales and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. While experience in the real estate industry is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to close large deals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be part of a high-energy sales team, leveraging a consultative approach to guide prospects through the buying process and secure premium sales.

Lead Engagement & Qualification:

Engage with inbound leads and collaborate with the marketing team to qualify high-value prospects.

Conduct detailed discovery calls to assess the client's needs, challenges, and goals.

Consultative Sales Approach:

Use a consultative sales methodology to offer tailored solutions that match the client's unique requirements and objectives.

Leverage deep product knowledge and market expertise to position our high-ticket products/services effectively.

Closing Sales:

Close high-value deals (ranging from [X to Y] in value) by addressing client objections, building trust, and guiding prospects through a structured sales process.

Secure long-term commitments from clients, ensuring smooth transitions from prospect to customer.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify additional sales opportunities.

Provide excellent after-sales support, checking in with clients and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

Keep accurate records of all client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline activity in the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with the Team:

Work closely with marketing, customer success, and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent messaging.

Share insights on lead quality and customer pain points to optimize sales strategies.

Proven experience in high-ticket sales with a strong ability to close large deals.

Experience in a consultative selling environment, where the focus is on building relationships and offering tailored solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to stay calm and confident in high-pressure situations.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

High level of motivation, resilience, and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Base Salary Uncapped Commission: Competitive base salary with high earning potential through commission on closed deals.
