About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage high-end carpentry works
- Run projects independently with full support
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Learn or apply business management skills
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Perform material take-offs and estimations
- Projects include new builds, large renovations, modular housing installation and commercial works

Required Skills & Experience

- Qualified carpenter with proven experience
- Strong desire to grow beyond tools-only work
- Business mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Experience with project management
- Valid carpentry qualifications and relevant tickets
- Physical fitness and ability to perform quality work
